| Even if you don't intend to reply, your past and future customers are telling you what you need to do to make your business successful. If you are serious about turning the business around, I have some pointers for you. 1. Above all else, be honest. If you are having trouble with a supplier, tell the customer before they have to nag you about where the product is. If the product is not ready to ship yet, don't make up excuses, just keep the customer informed. 2. Tracking numbers are a beautiful thing! Use them to your advantage! As soon as something is shipped, give the customer the tracking number. That way they can check up on the progress as much as they please without bugging you or posting negative feedback. I know that eliminates your excuse to buy more time, but see paragraph 1. 3. If you are dropping "SteAmyZ" due to the split with your wife, that's fine, but don't go jumping around using a bunch of different names. That just makes you seem more suspicious. 4. Respond to posts referring to you, especially on TT.net. You can build or kill so much business based on how you handle customers in public. If your email and computer are down, go to the library and let people know. 5. Make sacrifices if that's what it takes to get your business out of the hole. If this is your only form of income, you are sucking the life out of the business before it gets a chance to thrive. Get a part time job to pay the bills, and put as much money as possible back into the business to get caught up. If you put your heart into your business and strive to make your customers happy, you'll do just fine! Good Luck!
